You don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. My practice offers a warm, compassionate space where you can begin to understand what’s happening/happened to you, feel supported and move towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Choosing a therapist is a big step, and it’s important to find someone who ‘gets’ you. I focus on two specific approaches called PCE-CfD (for individuals) and CTfD (for couples). These are methods officially recommended by health experts (NICE guidelines) because they are evidence based and therefore used within the NHS.

Grounded in Person-Centred Therapy and shaped by an integrative, flexible approach, I tailor therapy to you, because one size does not fit all.

Rather than seeing me as an expert who has all the answers, see us as a team. We’ll use these tools together to explore your feelings or navigate your relationship hurdles side-by-side. It’s about combining my professional training with your lived experience to help you find your way back to a better place and a healthy headspace.
